Welcome to Zyppayx (“we”, “our”, “us”). By using our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

By using Zyppayx, you confirm that:

• You are at least 13 years old.
• You provide accurate and truthful information during signup.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing your account with others or using multiple accounts to manipulate tasks or referrals is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination.

3. Tasks & Proof Submission

Users earn rewards by completing tasks provided on the platform. Guidelines:

• Submit accurate proof for each task. Proof may be screenshots, links, or Base64 images.
• Submitting fake or fraudulent proof will result in immediate account suspension or ban.
• Tasks are provided for free; no user payment is required to earn rewards.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed based on your completed tasks and submitted proofs. Minimum withdrawal is ₦500. We reserve the right to verify transactions before approval.

5. Referral Program

Referral rewards are credited when referred users complete tasks. Any attempt to manipulate referrals may result in loss of rewards and account termination.

6. User Conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to hack or exploit the app.
• Submit fake task completions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software in Zyppayx are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes resulting from using Zyppayx. All earnings are at your own risk, subject to task completion verification.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of Zyppayx constitutes acceptance of any changes.
